I primarily work with individuals, families, and couples experiencing trauma, family conflict, divorce, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, and other mental health concerns.
I utilize narrative therapy, humanistic and existential approaches, and mindfulness-based practices in my work with clients to create an integrative and holistic experience in therapy.
